We are formulators of the PU system for sole moulding with ten years experience in the sector, which allows us to offer our products and services to the main production companies.

What we offer
We offer our technical support to companies which produce polyurethane soles both at our headquarters and all over the world.
In particular we will help you in the formulation of:
1. resin for rigid, soft, winter, summer, bi-density(anti-slipping) poliolo polyester
2. catalyst for poliolo polyester(origin)
3. pre-polymer mdi polyester
4. separating agents
5. scrap recovery

Firstly, to lower the costs regarding the purchase of material, which has already been broken down into these percentages:
1. 35% on the formulation of the resin per poliolo polyester
2. 35% on the formulation of the catalyst for poliolo polyester
3. 25% on the installation of the separating agent
4. 100% of the production scrap(defective soles)
5. a further 35% on the formulation of the resin per poliolo polyester with production scrap recovery.
Furthermore, the quality of the finished product will be improved with regards to both resistance to repeated bending, and to porosity and therefore also appearance.
This improved quality allows you to increase production as moulding times are decreased.
